Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages ErgoWorksPro is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us at your email address within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
